E133 Brilliant Blue (2.1%)

Directions for Use

Dissolve 9 g of powder in 1 liter of hot water to prepare the coloring solution.
Do not use more than 10 ml of the prepared solution per 1 kg of food ingredients.

Add gradually to achieve the desired color intensity.

Storage
