§ 1 – General Information
www.kiraana.pl is an online store operated by Kulbee International Sp. z o.o. (KULBEE INTERNATIONAL SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ), NIP: 7252344493, REGON: 528877007.
These Regulations define the rules for transactions concluded through the www.kiraana.pl store.
§ 2 – Store Activity
www.kiraana.pl is an online store through which users may purchase the products offered.
§ 3 – Technical Requirements
- Making purchases requires acceptance of cookies by the user’s browser.
- The service must be used on a properly configured and updated browser such as Google Chrome or another compatible browser.
§ 4 – Orders
- To place an order, the customer must register in the store and complete the form on the website.
- The form must include: customer’s full name, address, delivery address, name of the recipient (if different), billing details (if an invoice is required), telephone number, and email address.
- Orders are placed by selecting products, choosing quantities, and clicking “BUY”. The customer then chooses the payment and delivery method.
- Orders may be collected in person at the store without additional charge.
- Orders may also be delivered to the address indicated by the Purchaser for a fee shown in the delivery price list.
- After placing the order, the Customer will receive an email confirming receipt of the order.
- Fresh products are fulfilled only on Thursdays. Orders are accepted until Monday, prepared on Tuesday, and dispatched on Wednesday. Orders placed on Tuesday or later are processed the following week.
- Prepaid orders not paid within 3 business days are automatically cancelled.
§ 5 – Delivery
- Delivery is limited to the territory of the Republic of Poland.
- Delivery is carried out by postal or courier services. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
- Delivery time is from 2 to 14 business days from the date of payment or from contract conclusion for cash-on-delivery orders.
§ 6 – Complaints and Non-Conforming Goods
- If the delivered goods are inconsistent with the order, the Purchaser has the right to request replacement.
- Returned goods should be sent to the store address. The store covers the return costs for non-conforming goods.
- Complaints are processed within 14 days. If accepted, a correct product is sent.
- If a non-defective product is unavailable, the Purchaser may choose: a refund or a similar product. Shipping costs are covered by the store.
§ 7 – Exchange of Goods
- The Customer may exchange incorrectly delivered goods for correct items.
- Returned goods should be sent to the store address.
- The store covers all return shipping costs.
- Complaints are reviewed within 14 days.
- If goods are unavailable, the Customer may choose a refund or an alternative product of similar value. Shipping is covered by the store.
§ 8 – Right of Withdrawal
A Buyer who has concluded a distance contract has the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days without giving a reason, in accordance with the Act on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014.
