How to Use:
For Biryani (4–5 servings):

Marinate 500g of chicken, lamb, or vegetables with yoghurt, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and 1–2 tablespoons of PRAN Biryani Masala. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes.

Parboil basmati rice separately with whole spices (optional).

Cook the marinated mixture until tender.

Layer the cooked rice over the masala mixture, sprinkle an additional 1 teaspoon of Biryani Masala if desired, and steam (dum cook) on low heat for 10–15 minutes.

Garnish with fried onions, coriander, or mint before serving.
For Pulao or Curry:
Add 1–2 teaspoons during cooking to enhance aroma and flavour.
Use according to taste preference. For best results, store in a cool, dry place and keep the pack tightly sealed after use.
