Made from 100% Rosecoco (Borlotti) beans, they are valued for both taste and nutrition. For best results, soak the beans for 8–10 hours before cooking to reduce cooking time, then cook until soft and use in soups, casseroles, salads, or blend into creamy dips and purees.
How to use: Soak the beans in water for 8–10 hours or overnight, then cook in fresh water until soft (about 45–60 minutes or faster in a pressure cooker).
Once cooked, use them in soups, stews, salads, casseroles, or blend them into spreads and dips.
