Description
TRS Whole Black Urid Beans are a premium-quality legume widely used in Indian and Asian cuisine, especially in vegetarian and vegan cooking. After cooking, the beans develop a creamy texture and mild nutty flavour, making them ideal for a variety of dishes.

How to Use:
Soak the beans for 4–8 hours, then cook in fresh water (salt can be added later) for about 30–45 minutes or until soft.
